This is from a time when work started in the docks area of Cardiff with the intention of improving things for everybody. This shows a well-established and popular café that had been left when everything else around it had been demolished, until it too had to succumb to the inevitable and was razed to the ground as well.
Photographs from the Yesterday series are produced from 35mm black and white negatives or 35mm colour transparencies taken between 40 and 50 years ago by graphic designer and artist, David Hopkins.
