In the mid 1970s, I was in Cardiff College of Art studying two-dimensional design. Sometimes, I used to go out into the surrounding countryside looking for things to create images from. Occasionally, moments like this would happen, with the horse and rider perfectly silhouetted on the horizon by the setting sun.
Photographs from the Yesterday series are produced from 35mm black and white negatives or 35mm colour transparencies taken between 40 and 50 years ago by graphic designer and artist, David Hopkins.
This photograph is a high-quality black and white photoprint on 265gsm gloss and is supplied with a card window mount. Prints and mounts are available for A4 (297mm x 210mm) or 12inch x 16inch frames. Prices for bespoke size prints can be provided on request.
